United Nations Association-UNIOM

The United Nations Association Isle of Man encourages discussion of issues of universal concern in the Island. The principle aims of the Association are to support the principles of the UN Charter and the UN role in promoting peace, economic and social progress and human rights.

Each year the Association invites pupils from the Island’s schools to hold a Model Security Council Meeting replicating the official Council. The Charles Colvington Trust offers Manx post graduates financial assistance in being part of intern programmes with the United Nations.
