Affiliated to English Athletics and associated with the Commonwealth Games supporting Manx Athletes to compete. The organisation behind the Island Games. This charity is involved in  helping and supporting Manx Athletes to compete here and abroad to achieve their goals.

Isle of Man Athletics coordinate the Isle of Man Cross Country League championships and arrange Track and Field events.
