In aid of the Children’s Centre this relay race stretches 100 miles along the Island’s coast following the Raad ny Foillan coastal path. Teams can be made up to a maximum of 10 competitors to cover the 10 different sections. Starting in Peel at dawn.

The proceedings start at the Royal Chapel, after which a procession is led to the hill for the reading of the legislature in Manx and English. The Lieutenant Governor presides over the ceremony. This is a National Holiday, and a fair is located in the field behind the hill, with stalls and family entertainment.
