World Downhill Skateboarding Championship

Round 3 of the WDSC event will be held on the Isle of Man, renowned for the legendary TT races. Although the actual TT Race track will not be available for this year’s event, there is optimism that it will be accessible next year. The island’s compact size and the local population’s enthusiasm for adrenaline sports are expected to contribute to a significant spectator turnout, provided the weather remains favorable.

This year’s course, while not extensive, is characterized by its high speed and technical turns, which will prevent drafting to the finish line.

The race village, located at the bottom of the course, will offer food, beverages, music, and a large screen to broadcast the live action.

The course, is on the A14 starting near the Sulby Reservoir, heading down towards Tholt-y-Will Glen.
