Opened 5th July (Tynwald Day) 2001, by the then President of Tynwald, Sir Charles Kerruish. This is a conceptual garden reflecting the history of the Island, created on flat land with a broad path running through it entitled, the Avenue of Time. It is home to a variety of wild flowers and wildlife.
Unfortunately there are no toilets.
