A craft winery producing rum, ciders, ginger beer and flavoured wines made from Rhubarb, Elderflower, Honey and Apple.

Their premises overlook Port Erin Bay and host a variety of Events, Food Nights and private parties during the year. They also give guided tours for groups of 4 to 25.
