Manx Wildlife Trust

Founded in 1973, the Manx Wildlife Trust is responsible for the maintenance of 24  Nature reserves across the Island, promoting best practice with the help of a dedicated band of volunteers. The Trust also works with other groups and individuals to help them manage their land for the benefit of wildlife. Protecting the Island’s precious, unique environment, both on land and sea and enabling the recovery of native wildlife through conservation projects. The organisation has two Visitor Centres, runs regular Outdoor Classes and has a number of Ecological Projects.
