Manx Youth Band & Manx Concert Brass

The Manx Youth Band was founded in 1970 by the late Jim Crosbie MBE. As the years passed, more and more players beyond the age of 19 expressed a desire to remain within the organisation and as a result Manx Concert Brass formed in 1995.

The Manx Youth Band has performed with some of the greatest names in the classical music and entertainment worlds including Roy Castle, Ted Heath and John Ogden as well as a number of military bands including the Bands of the Scots Guards, Royal Marines and Royal Artillery.
