The National Sports Centre covers a range of activities inside and out. There is a soft play area, a café, gym, spa and a swimming pool.
It hosts: Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, Bowls, Cricket, Cycling, Football, Golf, Handball, Hockey, Martial Arts, Netball, Rugby, Squash, Swimming, Table Tennis and Tennis.
Adult Classes include: Boxercise, Metafit, Yoga, Spin and Chair-Based exercise.
Children’s Classes include: After School, Soft Play, Kid’s Gym and Wheelchair Sports.
