The Isle of Man won its first medal at the 2019 Special Olympics World Games in Abu Dhabi. Emily Keigwin picked up bronze in swimming’s 50m freestyle event.
Special Olympics Isle of Man provides year-round sports training and competition for children and adults with an intellectual disability.
