The weekend is divided into Solo Events on the Saturday and Team Events on the Sunday. It is possible to enter both events.
The race starts with a 750meter swim or 30 lengths of Ramsey Swimming Pool, followed by a 20k cycle course through Bride and Andreas before returning to Ramsey for a 5km run around Morragh Park.
