Sulby Reservoir

The Island’s largest, newest and deepest reservoir completed in 1982. This is a popular fishing spot. A licence is needed from the Isle of Man Government and there are restrictions on the size of the catch. The reservoir is stocked with Trout both Rainbow and Brown.
In addition to supplying water, since 2013 the reservoir has been used to generate hydroelectric power at Sulby Water Treatment Works.
