The Manx Bard

Since 2015, the Island has held an annual competition, to find a Manx Bard. This forms part of the Manx Litfest.

The Bard must be over 18 and a Manx resident, with the ability to inspire the community with poetry. The winner represents the Island in off-Island events, as well as performing, at different locations on the Island.
