Chair based exercise, is designed for those with limited mobility or other medical conditions, which means that they would find it most beneficial to exercise sitting down. The exercises encourage flexibility and strength.

Formed in 1999, the association holds regular events and activities for the over 50s including outings, lectures and UK tours. A whole range of activities to keep active and doing things.
